Hello HLL Families,
It is sad to say that our 2019 season is over! The past 3 months have flown by so quickly and we hope it was an enjoyable season for you!!
Some important information about our end of the season:
1. Come support our JV Launchers playing the Championship Sat 10/26, 12pm @ St. Francis High School. This is a free event, parking is limited. Dress for the weather!!!!!!! There will be a snack shack available to purchase items at St. Francis.
2. Football Equipment & Cheerleaders NOT competing turn in dates will be Monday 10/28 & Tuesday 10/29 from 6-8pm at the field house.
· For football players – please have your helmets completely cleaned off. Take off all of the stickers & wipe it down!
· For those Cheerleaders who are NOT competing in the competitions – please wash your uniform, this includes the shell & skirt. Your cheerleader keeps EVERYTHING else!
3. Cheerleaders competing, your uniform turn in date will be Tuesday 11/19 from 6-8pm at the field house. Please have your uniform (shell & skirt) completely cleaned.
4. Banquet tickets will be given out and purchased at equipment turn in (banquet Dec 7th)
· ***PLAYERS & COACHES ARE FREE**** (but you still need a ticket)
· Parents & Guests $25 each
· This will be the only opportunity to get banquets tickets. You MUST return all of your equipment/uniform and have it clean!
5. Volunteer fees will be returned at equipment turn in, again you must have signed in your volunteer hours and have work 8 hours! Coaches, Assistant Coaches & Team Parents do not need to sign in for your hours; you will automatically receive your volunteer fee back.
6. Yearbook Ad Forms are being accepted until 11/6/2019. If you are interested in purchasing some space in the yearbook this year, full out the form and submit with payment. Deadline is fast approaching!
7. We hope to see you at our annual Meat Raffle is Friday Nov 15 at the VFW Post 1419….we still have limited tickets available: $7 for one or $60 for a table of 10 - a deposit of $30 needs to be put down for your table reservation.
· Thank you for those that donated baskets. We are still accepting more baskets so there is still time to get your donation in. Everything is greatly appreciated!!!
o ***We are looking for volunteers to help with this event! We need people to help sell tickets, man the door, work the basket raffle, etc
Please see a board member if you are able to help and even donate a basket for our basket raffle!
8. We continue to look for new board members to join the board and make this organization even better. If you are interested, please fill out a board member application.
