We would like to say again how disappointed we are as an organization not to be able to host a 2020 Fall Football & Cheerleading season. Our league OATKA has chosen not to officially “cancel” but hopefully postpone and revisit the idea of a season in the early spring. We will keep you posted of any changes or updates! Here is the information regarding refunds:
· HLL has decided to offer refunds to all paying registrants, minus the $3.00 non-refundable service charge.
· We will not be offering to “roll over” funds to the following season.
· ALL refunds will be processed over the next couple of weeks.
· We have an exciting opportunity…we will be hosting a Master’s BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich dinner on Saturday August 15th 12pm-sold out at Hamburg Recreation Department/Senior Center.
· This will be offered as a drive thru.
· Dinner includes pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw and potatoes for $12.00!
· Refund checks may be picked up at the same location, in the parking lot.
· If you are unable to pick up your check 8/15 it will be mailed to you.
· We will also have our Beer Raffle tickets available for sale $5 each!
· We would ask for your support in these fundraising endeavors as we are a non-profit organization and we rely solely on registration funds and fundraisers to support our organization. Without having registration funds and our other planned fundraisers and activities it is extremely difficult to stay afloat.
